Meet Our Caregivers
Every Nyumbani caregiver is DBS-checked, professionally trained, and genuinely passionate about the work they do.
How We Select Our Team
Less than 20% of applicants make it through our selection process. Here's why that matters to you.
Professional Qualifications
We accept only registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, and trained caregivers with verifiable credentials.
Criminal Background Check
Every caregiver undergoes a thorough DBS check through the Directorate of Criminal Investigations before placement.
Care Training Programme
All caregivers complete our 40-hour induction covering person-centred care, safeguarding, infection control, dementia awareness, first aid, and CPR training.
Reference Verification
We personally contact and verify references from previous employers or supervisors before any hire is confirmed.
Our Featured Caregivers
Real feedback from members of the Nyumbani Support Solutions team about the care culture we are building.
